Who stays here
Your car comes in with you, and the family is at the front desk
People stay at the Cristallo for work, for the lake, for a family celebration. Different needs with one thing in common: nobody wants to find the door locked at ten in the evening, or drive around half the village looking for a parking space.
The car park is inside the grounds and the front desk is open from 6 am to 3:30 pm and from 5 pm to 11 pm. If you come by train, get off at Cittiglio station and walk ten minutes; if you drive from Malpensa, count on forty minutes.
The family that owns the hotel runs it in person. At the front desk you’ll find them, not whoever happens to be on shift.

If you’re off early to a building site or to Malpensa, the coffee is ready from six.
The story
Luigi and Lisetta, Alessio’s grandparents on his father’s side, opened the hotel on New Year’s Eve 1962. They built it on the provincial road at the entrance to the village, where there was nothing before. The family has been the same ever since: today Alessio works here and, with Camilla, so does the fourth generation. In the kitchen the team hasn’t changed in ten years.

What time is check-in?
From 10:30 am to 3 pm and from 5 pm to 11 pm. If you’re arriving later, tell us when you book: we’ll sort it out, no problem.
Is breakfast included?
Yes, it’s included: a buffet from 6 am to 10 am with cold cuts, cakes, juices and hot drinks. If you’re leaving at dawn, you’ll still find the coffee ready.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes, small pets are welcome: just tell us when you book.
Is there parking?
Yes, there is, and it’s free, inside the grounds. There’s room for coaches too.
Is the hotel wheelchair accessible?
Yes: the entrance has a ramp, the lift serves every floor and one room has an accessible bathroom. If you have particular needs, call us beforehand and we’ll get everything ready.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, free in every room, along with satellite TV.

Credit and debit cards, as well as cash: whichever you prefer.
