The race
A race on the women’s world calendar
The Trofeo Alfredo Binda comes to Cittiglio every March and is a race on the women’s world calendar. The final circuit goes over the climbs of Casalzuigno and Orino.
The car park is inside the grounds, with space for vans and the bikes they carry, and breakfast starts at six, every day. If you come here to ride, the village is the starting point, not a stopover.

The climbs
Three starts, from the hotel door

Casalzuigno
On the final circuit of the race. You pick it up from the village in a few minutes.

Orino
The other climb on the circuit, towards Campo dei Fiori.

Cuvignone
The long climb above Laveno, with the lake opening up behind you.
